Open System Solutions has been an energy saving promoter for the past decade.  Toward that end, our goal is to help attain the maximum energy efficiency possible while keeping customers needs in the forefront.

Every proposed energy-saving endeavor takes into consideration the operating conditions and tasks being performed in an effort to provide a progressive design that exceeds the client’s expectations and sets new standards in the implementation of energy-efficient technology.

Who needs to think about control?

  • Building Owners
  • Renters With Responsibilities For Paying Utilities
  • Real Estate Rental and Management Firms
  • Interior Designers
  • Heating/Air Conditioning Installers & Manufacturers
  • Retail Stores and Small Commercial Buildings
  • Government Buildings
  • Architects and Engineers
  • Hotels and Motels
  • Utilities' Management

Do you believe the cost of energy efficiency is worth consideration?

Here are some top reasons why you should  consider energy control.

  • Lower energy demands from utilities
  • Reduces utility consumption and waste
  • Reduces utility costs
  • Reduces HVAC equipment wear and tear/maintenance costs
  • Decreases demand for new power generating facilities
  • Decreases environmental emissions

Why save energy?

Energy efficiency offers real opportunities to meet sustainable development ambitions

  • Save up to 20% through low cost energy efficiency measures
  • Save money
  • Help the environment
  • Cut carbon emissions
  • Create business opportunities

Saving energy is good for all of us

Using less energy means that the power companies produce less, which means less carbon dioxide is produced. Carbon by products from manufacturing are believed to be responsible for global warming. If everyone makes the effort to reduce the amount of energy they use, then the environmental benefits could be enormous. In the UK, one quarter of all carbon dioxide emissions come from the energy we use for heating and lighting.

Using less energy  means that you pay less for your energy bills. In some cases, improvements in energy efficiency can cut fuel bills by as much as 40%

Carbon dioxide in the atmosphere has increased by more than a third since pre-industrial times.

In the 20th century we saw an increase of 0.6°C globally; the world’s top scientists predict a rise of 1.4°C-5.8°C this century.

Climate change will affect our environment in many ways, from eroding our coastlines, to changing weather conditions.
and rising sea levels. Warmer temperatures at sea means melting ice caps and glaciers.

Climate change brings extreme weather events, such as fierce winter storms. Giant waves break down flood defenses, damaging properties, farmland and delicate ecosystems.

These rising sea levels threaten areas of coastline, such as salt marshes and coastal reed beds, which are home to  endangered species.

These are problems we can all help solve

The government estimates that the UK needs to cut its emissions of greenhouse gases by 20% by 2010, in order to 'do our bit' for a safe climate.

That's just a few years to make a lot of changes, but it's surprising how simple and straightforward many of those changes could be.

Energy for heating and lighting accounts for around half the UK's total energy consumption (DTI 2003) and there is tremendous scope for using energy more efficiently, across the board. Think about the landscapes, wildlife, and living spaces we'll keep safe, if we control climate change.

As you can see, we all need control !!
